I had a great service from MPRO. They've been very helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. They took my many calls and were always really friendly and answered my queries - I was nervous about our remortgage but they were great in reassuring me. They treat their clients with respect and they get the job done! I really like the team and I felt like we were on the same team when they were handling my remortgage. We did have a bit of a set-back when we had our valuation (property was valued lower than what we anticipated) - this is not at the fault of MPRO at all but I think it would be a great idea to help clients make a better estimate - especially with today's climate. Overall, I would definitely recommend MPRO and will definitely be reaching out to them in 2 years time when we need to remortgage! Thanks MPRO!
