House prices hits new record

Annual house prices in Ehouse-prices-hit-new-high-in-the-ukngland and Wales has increased and has hit a new record high of £290,640. This is a 6% increase on November last year, according to Reeds Rains and Your Move estate agents. But the growth seem to get slower which has fallen to 0.6% in November, slower than the rise in October. Sales have fallen 15% in November, with still 3.4% behind in 2014.

Adrian Gill says: “House prices have dashed to a new record even with a monthly fall, rising £45 a day. House prices in the South East have risen by an average of 7.1% this month, making the South East region as the fastest growing region in England and Wales. Home sales fell 15% in November compared to October.”
