Increased One bed rents

The cost of renting a one bedroom fincrease-rentlat has risen by 3.9% annually to September, up from 2.9% to August, according to a daily report. This is due to the demand from graduates who rent near their first job have hard pressed the prices, with the biggest rises yet to come in Edinburgh, Swindon, Southend on Sea. The UK’s job market is going tough and the rental market is on its upward go. The uptrend in rents is due to lack of employment. One bed flats are very popular among people who don’t want to flat share. Many opt for one bed rent because higher housing costs can be dreadful for tenants wherein costs are rising and wages are still.
